- You are in full control. Just login to your customer account at anytime to change your next ship date, item quantities, payment or shipping info or to cancel your autoshipments.
- Reward Points will be accrued for Autoship orders but they cannot be redeemed on Autoship orders. Autoship discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
- To redeem reward points when you have an active subscription log into your customer account and select Manage Autoship. Here you can view and edit your subscriptions, change the next ship date and skip a shipment. Then order the product normally and redeem your rewards points.
