Pour colostrum in warm water and mix until smooth or sprinkle the powder on food, or as directed by a veterinarian. Amount may be adjusted depending on need and size.1-10 pounds 1/2 tsp twice daily
10-40 pounds 1 tsp twice daily

If a dog has a beef allergy can they still take this colostrum?

My dog has a beef allergy. My vet cleared her to take this. Beef has nothing to do with Colostrum. A dairy allergy would be a problem though.

How's this different from the other colostrum?
Best Answer: There is no difference in our formulas. We did add a new bag to address pet owners who don't use colostrum themselves, preferred a separate bag for their pets, AND to assist our veterinarian clinics that have colostrum within their practices to wished a pet label to reflect pet use and not human use.
There is a difference in suggested use for pets vs. human consumption:

Super pet colostrum
My dog suffers stomach discomfort at times from her medication.This product has worked awesome. I mix in a little water and my dog loves. I give as directed. Her bloat and gas has calmed extremely. I'm not sure.
I'm not sure, but I think this product caused my cat to gain weight. After two weeks, I stopped giving it to him. In that short time, it didn't make any difference in his fur.
