LactoSpore®
A commercial preparation made from Bacillus coagulans which helps balance the intestinal flora; this spore-forming strain germinates and proliferates in the intestine to produce a desirable form of lactic acid, which helps promote good bacteria.

L. acidophilus
A friendly bacteria found in the mouth, GI tract, and vagina; in the GI tract, it helps ferment carbohydrates in foods, especially lactose (milk sugar), and helps promote the growth of other good bacteria.

B. lactis
A good gut bacteria that helps break down food, absorb nutrients, and fend off "bad" organisms that otherwise contribute to GI symptoms.

L. rhamnosus
